Before anyone ever saw your face, God already knew it. He chose your smile, your laugh, the way you think and the things that make you happy. Nothing about you was an accident.
Sometimes we look at someone else and wish we had their hair, their height or their voice. But God did not make a copy when He made you. He made an original, and He called it good.
Today, when you look in the mirror, say it out loud: I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Say it until you believe it, because it is true whether you feel it or not.

Lord, thank You for making me on purpose. Help me love the girl You made me to be. Amen.
Before Anyone Else
“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”

B.A.E. means Before Anyone Else. When we say God first, we mean He gets the first word in our day, not the leftover minutes at the end.
Putting God first can be simple. It can be a short prayer before school, a verse on your mirror, or choosing kindness when nobody is watching.
When God is first, everything else finds its right place — friends, schoolwork, worries, even the things you wish you had.
Prayer
God, be first in my morning, my day and my heart. Amen.
Brave In A Hard Week
“Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.”

Brave does not mean you are not scared. Brave means you keep walking while you are scared, because you are not walking alone.
Joshua had a big job and a big fear. God did not tell him the road would be easy. He told him who would be with him on it.
Name one hard thing this week. Then say the second half of the verse over it: the LORD my God is with me wherever I go.
Prayer
Lord, when I am afraid, remind me that You are right here. Amen.
For Teen BAEs (13–17)
The Comparison Trap
“For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.”
2 Corinthians 10:12 (KJV)
Comparison is a measuring stick that always moves. There is always someone further along, and the girl you envy is probably envying someone else.
Scripture calls constant comparing unwise — not because you are bad for doing it, but because it measures you against the wrong standard. God's opinion of you is settled, and it does not move when someone else does well.
A practical step: when you notice the sting, pray for the person instead of scrolling past them. It is almost impossible to resent someone you are genuinely praying for.
Prayer
Father, free me from measuring my life against everyone else's. Let Your view of me be enough. Amen.
Who You Are Online
“Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.”

Paul told a young leader that his age was not a disqualification. What he said and how he treated people would speak louder than the number of years he had lived.
Your feed is a kind of conversation. The words you post, the comments you leave, the screenshots you forward — all of it is you, being an example, whether you meant to be or not.
Try one rule this week: do not type anything you would not say to the person's face, in front of your grandmother. It is a small rule that protects a lot.

Lord, let the person I am online be the same person I am at home. Amen.
Your Worth Is Not A Score
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
Romans 5:8 (KJV)
Grades, followers, minutes played, invitations received — every one of them goes up and down. If your worth is tied to them, your worth goes up and down too.
The cross settled the question before you had a single achievement to your name. Christ died for us while we were at our worst, not after we had earned it.
You can still work hard and aim high. Just do it from a place of being loved, not in order to be loved.

For Grown BAEs
For The Woman Who Pours Out
“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”
Galatians 6:9 (KJV)
Mothers, teachers, grandmothers, aunties, women who lead — you give out all day, often without applause and usually without rest.
The verse does not promise that the work stops being tiring. It promises a harvest, in due season, for the ones who did not quit.
Rest is part of not fainting. Put a real pause in your week and call it obedience, not laziness.

Lord, renew me where I am worn. Let me not grow weary in doing good. Amen.
Strength And Honour Are Her Clothing
“Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.”

Proverbs 31 is not a checklist to fail at. It is a portrait of a woman whose confidence about tomorrow comes from who she belongs to today.
Strength and honour are described as clothing — something she puts on daily, on purpose, not something she was born wearing.
Ask a simple question tonight: what am I dressing myself in? Worry, or the quiet strength of a woman who knows God holds her future?
