What does B.A.E. mean?
Before Anyone Else — God First. It is the heart of the whole brand, and it is printed on every piece with the UnicornBAE name.
What are Honey, Amber, Goldie, Pearl and Diamond?
They are coat and mane choices, not names. Every UnicornBAE is the same character in a different coat and mane, so your girl can pick the one that looks like her and name her whatever she likes.
What is the difference between Little BAE, Teen BAE and Grown BAE?
The same character at three ages: a little girl, a teen and a grown woman. Choose the one you want printed — Grown BAE makes a lovely gift for a mom, teacher or grandma.
How do I choose a size?
Each apparel page has a size chart in inches, with youth sizes on the Little BAE version and adult sizes on the Grown BAE version.
How long until my order arrives?
Each piece is printed for you: 2 to 5 business days to make, then 3 to 7 business days to ship within the USA.
How do digital downloads work?
Pay and your download link arrives by email straight away. The link works for several downloads over 30 days, and we will happily send a fresh one if it expires.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Tick the gift box in your bag and we leave prices off the packing slip and add your note.
Something arrived wrong. What now?
Email Support@theunicornbae.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. Misprints, damage and wrong items are replaced or refunded.
Where is my order?
Use Find my order with your email and order number (it starts with UB-), or check the shipping email for tracking.
Is the Learning World safe for my child?
Yes. No accounts, no tracking, no chat, and a grown-up question in front of every shop link. Progress is saved only on your child's own device.
