Choose a narrator voice
Kindness is trained, not felt
Children are kind when it is easy. The growth happens when kindness costs them a turn, a seat, a snack or the last word.
Name it when you see it: that was kind, and it cost you something. She learns what to repeat.
A weekly family practice
Choose one kindness quest a week as a family — a note for a neighbour, a chore done for a sibling without being asked, a call to a grandparent.
Close it with Ephesians 4:32 and ask one question: who was kind to you this week?
